A 35-year-old man has been charged with three counts of indecent exposure following incidents in Skegness. David Shaw, of no fixed address, was charged with two counts relating to incidents involving separate people on Roman Bank; and another relating to an incident in Scarborough Avenue. We initially received a report on Tuesday, 6 October. Shaw was also charged with criminal damage and is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, this morning (10 October). Detective Sergeant Rhys Cordy said: "There has understandably been some concern locally around these incidents and following a thorough investigation we have charged David Shaw with these offences. "We would encourage anyone who witnesses incidents such as this to report them to us as we are committed to bringing offenders to justice." | ||
